Terms & Conditions for Galantine’s Day Brunch

1. Tickets are non-refundable.

2. All attendees must have a paid ticket.

3. Brunch Tickets: You are entitled to order two Bottomless Brunch dishes.  Additional charges for drinks will be added to your bill.

4. Bottomless Brunch Tickets: You are entitled to order two Bottomless Brunch dishes and choose from 125ml glass of Prosecco (which will be topped once finished) or soft drinks.

5. No amendments can be made to the Exlusive Brunch menu.

6. The Bottomless Brunch event is limited to 2 hours, starting at 2:00 pm and concluding at 4:00 pm.

7. We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes early to settle in, as the event kicks off at 2:00 pm. Please note that the reservation period will not be extended for late arrivals.

8. All drinks will be served exclusively via table service; no bottles will be left at the tables.

9. Your drink will be replaced only once it has been finished.

10. The last drink order must be placed 15 minutes before the end of your sitting.

11. The price is per person, and drinks cannot be shared.

12. Jugs of water can be provided upon request; please inform your host.

13. Alcohol will be served to individuals aged 18 and above. Proof of ID will be required, and we strictly adhere to a Challenge 25 Policy.

14. Participants are expected to always drink responsibly. Please visit www.drinkaware.co.uk for guidance on responsible alcohol consumption.

15. The management reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice and, reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice.

16. The management reserves the right to refuse admission, and to request any ticket holder to leave our building at any time. For example, if a ticket holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, the ticket holder may be refused admission.
