Terms and Conditions

1. All attendees regardless of age, must hold a valid, paid ticket.

2. No ID, No Entry. Physical valid ID is required by all (driving license or passport) – you may be refused entry without. 

3. Under 14’s must be accompanied by an 18+ adult

4. Tickets are non-refundable.

5. Dem Shish has a smart / casual dress code. Kindly refrain from wearing tracksuits or sportswear during your visit. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

6. Event Age Policy: Children are welcome to attend but must leave the premises by 11:30 PM in compliance with the Licensing Objectives of 2003.

7. No amendments can be made to the advertised set menu.

5. To prevent any delays, we kindly request that all parties be seated at their designated ticket times. Please note: Dining service may be delayed if tables are not occupied at their scheduled times.

6. Please carefully review your tickets upon receipt, as errors cannot be corrected, tickets cannot be exchanged, and refunds will not be issued. 

7. The management reserves the right to refuse admission, and to request any ticket holder to leave our building at any time. For example, if a ticket holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, the ticket holder may be refused admission.
