 Dem Shish Etiquette

 

1. We encourage individual style, but ask guests to refrain from wearing sportswear, including but not limited to tracksuits, hoodies, and trainers. Hats and caps are not permitted.

2. Dem Shish does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit.

3. Dem Shish operates a Challenge 25 policy. Alcohol will only be served to those over 18; proof of ID is required.

4. Management reserves the right to withdraw any offers, at any time, without notice.

5. A 10% service charge will be added to your bill.

Group Reservations - 9 Guests or More

1. During the Festive period, a Party À la Carte Menu and Festive Set Menu will be available. Both menus can be viewed our website under the ‘Menu’ section.

2. The Party À la Carte menu will be served for reservations with 9 guests or more.

3. Parties must decide if they wish to dine with the Party Ala Carte or the Festive Set Menu. Please note, each reservation (the full reservation party) must select only one menu.

4. Group Reservations require manager confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee confirmation.

5. All Reservations on Fridays and Saturdays are limited to 2 hours. If you wish to extend your time, please consult our management before your reservation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

6. For Group Reservations, a pre-order may be required.

7. Reservation times may need to be adjusted to better accommodate your group.

8. Please note that only one card transaction per table/reservation is permitted.

 

Kitchen Policy

We kindly ask that food menu orders are placed at least 10 minutes before closing.

 

Sunday to Thursday: 10:00pm - Close

Friday & Saturday: 10:30pm - Close

Allergen Policy

If you suffer from a food allergy or intolerance, please notify your server before ordering. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen works with allergenic ingredients and does not have separate allergen-free areas or dedicated fryers.​
