1. For bookings of more than 10 guests, a reservation fee of £10 per head is required to secure your booking. This fee is refundable up to 48 hours before your booking date. After this period, it becomes non-refundable.
2. For groups of more than 10 guests, management must confirm the reservation.
3. Table reservations may be limited to a 2-hour duration. If you'd like to extend your time, please contact management prior to your reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
4. No more than 3 transactions will be accepted per table.
5. Both our À la carte menu and the Festive Menu are available during the event. However, the entire group must select from the same menu. Orders from different menus within the same group will not be accepted.
6. No beverages are included in the Festive Menu. All drinks will be charged separately.
7. The management reserves the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without prior notice, in accordance with the Alcohol Licensing Act 2003.
8. Drinking to excess will not be permitted. Participants are required to drink responsibly at all times. For more information, please visit www.drinkaware.co.uk. Management reserves the right to stop serving alcohol to anyone who appears to have reached their limit.
9. Alcohol will only be served to guests over the age of 18. Proof of ID may be required, and we operate a Challenge 25 policy.
